This document is intended to reflect the new provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which will be applicable as of 25 May 2018 and to inform you about the privacy practices of the Pizza Entertainment's Android Apps, which are designed to protect your privacy to the maximum reasonable extent. By making use of Pizza Entertainment's Android Apps, you accept
these practices. This document may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date at the bottom will be changed.
Pizza Entertainment does not collect any information except what you explicitly provide. If you choose to provide information, you are giving Pizza Entertainment permission to use and store that information consistent with this policy.
When do we collect information?
We collect information from you when you or enter information on our apps (feature request / contact support). Provide us with feedback on our products or services via email.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you contact us in the following ways:
- To allow us to better service you in responding to your customer service requests.
- To ask you to test alpha o beta release of our apps.
ANONYCHAT Android App. How do we use your information?
When you launch the app for the first time, we may asks you to enter your gender and age, this information may be used only to match a partner in the chat,
when the chat ends all the informations are deleted. At the beginning of every chat, a record
is made of the fact that a chat occurred between you and your chat partner. This record includes a timestamp, as well as IP address, ID cookie, and similar information for you and your chat partner. These records may be used for the purpose of analyzed
in aggregate to produce statistical data (e.g., average number of chats started at different times of day). In an Anonychat text chat, only the following information is made available to other chat users:
- Anything you say in the chat.
- A notification that you and the stranger speak the same language (other than English), if that is the case.
Third-party disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information.
Google Analytics
Pizza Entertainment uses Google Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your device, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information
generated by the cookie about your use of the device (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling
reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties
process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
Privacy related to Advertisements
Pizza Entertainment uses third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Pizza Entertainment Services. These companies may use aggregated non-personally-identifiable demographic information provided by you to display advertisements
regarding goods and services of interest to you.

Our Services are not directed to persons under 13 years of age. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at
[email protected]. We do not knowingly collect personal
information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a child under 13 years of age has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information.
Data Security
Pizza Entertainment takes reasonable measures to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot, therefore, ensure or warrant the security
of any information you transmit to Pizza Entertainment Servers, and you do so at your own risk. Please know that although we make our best efforts to keep your information secure, this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed,
disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
Changes to the Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version of the policy will govern our use of your information. If we make a change to this policy that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will attempt to notify either through
email or through the application. By continuing to access or use the Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.

Terms of service
By using this mobile application and any of its services you agree to all of the following:
Basic Summary of guidelines.
Do not upload anything that can mistaken for or miss understood as porn, copyrighted material, harassment, or pointless spam. If you do, this can and will result in a permanent disbarment from the uses of AnonyChat and its services. Please be smart
about what you choose to upload, you own the product once your upload it, no one else is responsible. Furthermore, you must have 18+ years to use the upload service.
Files & Content Self Ownership.
The content and or files that you distribute through the Amazon S3 Network is owned by you, and you give AnonyChat permission to display and distribute said content exclusively on the AnonyChat Network.
You may revoke this permission at any time by requesting your content to be removed. Such requests will be processed within a maximum period of 48 hours (but usually as short as one hour). You may request deletion through our email address. After
your request is processed, AnonyChat will cease distribution of your content within a maximum period of 48 hours (but usually as short as 6 hours) and will absolve itself of any ownership of said content, implied or otherwise.
Shared files and links are automatically removed from the system after a period of 6 hours.
AnonyChat will not sell or distribute your content to third parties or affiliates without your permission.
Abuse (Including but not limited to: Insulting of another person or persons and or company)
The following types of content constitute "abuse" and may not be uploaded or distributed through the AnonyChat Network:
- Content that is illegal and/or violates of any United States laws most notably illegal software or file sharing
- Content that violates copyrights held on said content.
- Non-image or non-video content. This includes archived non-image content.
- Content intended to harass or threaten any person, persons or companies directly.
- Content used to promote, spam, or send unsolicited marketing messages. We are not meant for advertisement or harassment of companies and or other websites.
- Uploading abusive content may result in the immediate termination of your ability to use the AnonyChat services. All abusive content will be subject to deletion. Circumventing AnonyChat ability to enforce the AnonyChat Terms of Service will result
in prosecution.
AnonyChat reserves the right to remove any content, and may replace any content without any explanation. In most cases we will notify the users: but we are not governed to do so. We have the legal right to refuse our services to anyone, at any given
time.
Any domain hot linking to abusive content will have that content subject to removal.
To report any type of abuse, send email using the using the Contact Developer link on the Google Play Store.
